Panasonic TC-L32U3 32-inch LCD TV review

The Panasonic TC-L32U3 is an entry level LCD TV that Panasonic introduced this year. The key features are IPS panel, 20,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, VIERA Image Viewer and VIERA Link.  The L32U3 does not have Internet TV.

There is no detailed review on L32U3, but the televisioninfo.com did review the L42U30, a closed related model.  The L32U3 is very similar with the L42U30 except the refresh rate: L42U30 has 120Hz and the L32U3 has 60Hz.

According to this review, the L42U30 has a larger viewing angle.  However, the black levels are quite lighter even comparing with last year models such as Sony 40EX400. Therefore, the TC-L32U3 seems not a good buy for the price unless you need a larger viewing angle or you get a great deal on it.

Panasonic TC-P55ST30 review

The Panasonic TC-P55ST30 is Panasonic low end 3D plasma TV, featuring Infinite Black 2 Panel, VIERA Connect, Wi-Fi Ready with LAN (through USB port); Skype Video/Voice calling.  The ST30 has six models and all have the same features except the screen size.  A detailed review on the P50ST30 was just posted.  You can read this review to know what the 55ST30 like. According to the review, the P50ST 30 is much better than last year’s 3D TV, but still has quite bit of motion artifact.

Panasonic E3 series LED TV prices and availability

The Panasonic VIERA E3 series LED TV features Full HD  1080p, 60Hz refresh rate, IPS Panel, easy IPTV in a fine black panel.

The Panasonic E3 series has three models and will be available in the Spring.  The prices are as follows:

• 37-inch  TC-L37E3 $799.95
• 42-inch TC-L42E3 $999.95

Sony EX520 series price information and date of availability

The Sony EX520 series  LED TV features Full HD 1080p with Edge LED backlight and  Internet TV for streaming entertainment.  The Sony EX520 series is not a 3D TV.

Sony Bravia KDL55EX720 review

Sony KDL60EX720 review

The Sony KDL-60EX720 is Sony’s 60-inch 3D LED TV featuring Edge LED backlight, X-Reality Engine, Motionflow XR 240 Hz, Bravia Internet video and Qriocity, WiFi ready (optional USB adapter sold separately) and Skype ready.  Please note you will need to buy the USB adapter in order to use WiFi.

The 60EX720 will be available in April and the price details are not disclosed.  But based on the floor model at CES, the televisoninfo.com has a preview on this TV.  According to their first impression review, this model has good black level and the 3D effects are better than last year’s model.  However, the viewing angle could be better.

Vizio XVT3D6SP series 3DTV: Cnet’s Best of the CES award

The Sony KDL-46EX600 is a LED TV with Edge LED backlit and 60Hz refresh rate.

The Sony KDL-46EX500 is a CCFL backlit LCD TV with 120Hz refresh rate.

Both the 46EX500 and 46EX600  have Bravia Engine 2 digital video processor, are BRAVIA Sync capable, and have an USB input.

LG 55LE5500 55″ LED TV reviews

The LG 55LE5500 features LED plus with local dimming technology,  120Hz refresh rate,  NetCast Entertainment access (WiFi ready) and wireless 1080p ready.

Reviews of the LG 55LE5500:
