What I don’t like about iPad 3G

I got my iPad 3G Friday after wait for almost two weeks. After using it for the weekend, here are the problems I had:
WiFi connection
The WiFi is hard to connect sometimes, while I never have any problem to connect iPhone 3GS at the same location. Once for a while, I lost the WiFi connection.
iPad 3G is heavy.
Holding iPad and reading for an extended period of time can be a problem. There is not really a comfortable way to hold and read.
No flash player
Without flash player, I can not watch a lot of TV shows, movies.
